§ 915. Purposes.

- Site preparation shall be planned and conducted in a manner which encourages maximum timber productivity, minimizes fire hazard, prevents substantial adverse effects to soil resources and to fish and wildlife habitat, and prevents degradation of the quality and beneficial uses of water.
