§ 1904. Applicability to Vehicles Powered by Fuels Other than Gasoline or Diesel.

- Pursuant to section 43006 of the Health and Safety Code, provisions of this Code which refer to “gasoline-powered” vehicles or motor vehicles, except section 1970, shall apply to motor vehicles which have been modified to use a fuel other than gasoline or diesel unless otherwise specified.HISTORY1.
