§ 2267. Extension of Coverage to New Insured: Not Limiting Endorsement.

- The extension of the policy by endorsement to cover the liability of anyone in addition to the original named insured, shall, unless otherwise stipulated in the endorsement, extend the same coverage as that provided by the policy to the original named insured. It shall not be necessary to set out in such endorsement the restrictions or limitations, if any, of the policy, nor shall such endorsements be considered limiting or restricting endorsements .HISTORY1.
