§ 2262. Other Limiting and Restricting Endorsements: Approval.

- All other limiting or restricting endorsement forms must be drafted in accordance with and subject to the specifications enumerated in Section 2257, and must be submitted in duplicate to the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California for its examination and transmittal to the Insurance Commissioner. After consultation with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board as required by law, the insurer will be notified of approval or disapproval of any such form.HISTORY1.
