§ 2232.31. Change of Occupation.

OPTIONAL UNIFORM PROVISIONS
There shall be no provision in a group disability policy, other than provisions relative to eligibility or amounts or extent of coverage based on a plan precluding individual selection, reducing or prorating insurance because of change of occupation of the policyholder or any of the individuals covered under the policy.
