§ 2232.28. Change of Beneficiary.

COMPULSORY UNIFORM PROVISIONS
The right to change of beneficiary is reserved to the insured employee, and the consent of the beneficiary or beneficiaries shallnot be requisite to any change in beneficiary.
Instructions
The insurer shall omit this provision from any policy which makes no provision for the designation of a beneficiary. (Ins. C. 10350.12.)
