§ 104.306. Qualifications for Appraiser III.

- (a) Three years of appraisal experience as a staff or fee appraiser with substantial experience appraising investment-type residential properties; and(b) successful completion of an advanced course in real estate appraising conducted by a junior college; by an accredited four-year college or university or from an extension program thereof; by a recognized professional appraisal society; or by the Institute of Financial Education or other entity in a course of instruction that has been approved by the commissioner.HISTORY1.
