§ 104.301. Appraiser I.

- An Appraiser I is a trainee who is permitted to assist an Appraiser II, III or IV in appraising:(a) the fee interest in existing and proposed residential properties up to and including four units; and(b) the fee interest in individual lots zoned for residential use, with offsite improvements in place.Such appraisals must be signed by both the trainee and the Appraiser II, III or IV. The Appraiser II, III or IV must personally inspect the property and prepare the certification required under Section 104.312.HISTORY1.
