§ 110.207. Enforcement of Money Judgment, Status of Funds and Interest.

- (a) Escrow or trust funds are not subject to enforcement of a money judgment arising out of any claim against the association or service corporation acting as an escrow agent, and in no instance shall such escrow or trust funds be considered or treated as an asset of the association or service corporation unless the association or service corporation is also a principal in the underlying transaction.(b) Interest paid or payable on funds deposited in escrow by an association or a service corporation are not subject to enforcement of a money judgment arising out of any claim against the association or service corporation.HISTORY1.
